“Nowadays, more people are having a hard time finding meaning in their lives.”
Analisa Williams was born and raised in Panama City, Panama. She founded Casa Cultural Huellas in 2004, a space created to connect people with art entertainingly and interactively. It first started as a venue that offered art workshops and exhibitions once a month.
Analisa discovered that the art engagement she was creating was causing people to explore their inner selves and feel less stressed about their work.
“The lack of authenticity makes you live disconnected with people and situations.”
The need for authenticity becomes more relevant than ever because being authentic in an increasingly artificial world is a revolutionary act.
Most of us are technologically connected to life outside and disconnected from our emotions. By being disconnected from oneself our direction is shifted, and the movement of our life is changed. The external world, the superficial, grows, and the treasure that we carry insideshrinks.
“Authenticity is more valuable than perfection, is seen as an act of bravery rather than weakness.”
Analisa started her passion “Huellas Positivas” in 2013. A platform she uses to train peopleon positive discipline and encouragement. She has been certified as an Encouragement Consultant Lead Trainer by Lynn Lott, the Positive Discipline trainer and founder of the Positive Discipline Association.
“Your movement in life defines what life you want to lead.”
Analisa is passionate about helping others heal their inner child by creating a space where she can promote art, share her life experiences, transmit empathy, and encourage others to be non-judgemental.
